A Home Reforged

The great dwarven kingdom of the Deep Underground was once the pinnacle of dwarvenkind.

Once home to the High Council of the Seven Dwarven Lords, it is now left to rot inside the same earth that birthed it, due to the folly of its masters. Driven by greed, and locked in an endless clash between one another, the Seven Lords made their subjects dig ever deeper, finally reaching the Dark Deep and the countless Terrors it birthed.

Now driven from their home for years, with no kings or masters, they have formed in clans in an attempt to reclaim their home in the Deep Underground.

A Home Reforged is a dwarven-themed old school setting and ruleset, centered around the struggles of dwarvenkind, as they're trying to reclaim their home in the depths of the Deep Underground.

It is designed in the spirit of David Black’s The Black Hack, but it is very easily adaptable to any old-school RPG system. Every aspect of the game is specifically designed to offer a unique dwarven adventure, while light on the rules and heavy in flavor. The game contains some original rules and themed abilities though, which can be used as is or be easily adapted to any other game.

Specifically it contains: 

• A ready to play ruleset with simple roll-under d20 resolutions.
• Six unique classes based on classic sword and sorcery archetypes mixed with the dwarven style.
• Settlement building rules to build a home that persists through generations of dwarven heroes.
• Dwarven clans & Heirloom items to pass on to the next of kin
• Exploration rules with a focus on narrative.
• Strange creatures that have formed their own home inside the mountains.
• Two ready-made adventures in order to jumpstart your campaign inside the Deep Underground.

Also, with every pdf copy, you also get six B&W keyed maps; Four of them are larger versions of the maps found inside the book, accompanying the adventures, while two of them offer a completely new story on their own.
